Apex Facade Systems needed a new logo that would make them stand out amongst the crowd at trade shows, in ads in magazines, and through company apparel.
Knowing how many applications this logo would live on, I used a bold typeface that accentuated the "A" and "X", and I paired it with a recognizable icon that could be used for apparel, and on social media. The icon represents windows, and architectural elements of a structure, with strong angles and shapes. It was important to create a mark that could be used throughout all of their product lines. I created a branding system for their product lines using colour. The logo was a huge hit amongst the executives and all of the staff. The company apparel was a success as it was instantly recognizable at trade shows, and in the shop by the staff. A great project to work on!
